This is where we will be getting our Relic Weapons and Armor for Stormblood

The first zone is Anemos: Max Elemental level 20
Elemental level is just another type of leveling system, doesn't grant any abilities but will affect how well you perform against monsters. For further performance you will need Magicite (Max 5) to allocate to any of the 6 elements. For DPS try to get 3+ into the offensive element, for healers and tanks 3+ into the defensive is my suggestion. The remainder in the opposite. Magicite is obtained through the quest line, so you get one at levels 1(entry), 3, 5, 13, 17

Now to get the Anemos weapon and gear (Each piece has 5 materia slots) you will need your antiquated gear which can be repurchased from the calamity salvager in each of the main cities, and you will need Protean and Anemos crystals, best to farm the NMs for the Anemos crystals which can then be converted to Protean as needed.

The feathers come from the highest lvl NM Fate battle "Wail in the WIllows" located in Newvoid on the west side of the map. To spawn it you will need to farm the Wraiths at night, then when enough have been killed the Fate will pop durring Gales weather. Getting a gold rating will get you all 3 feathers.

All the NMs need certain monsters to be killed to spawn them, and can spawn once every 2 hour if the conditions are met, except for Pazuzu who can spawn once every hour.

Other things to do in Eureka is farm the chests for materia, minions, mounts, potions and other junk.

The Eureka potions are handy, as they give a 2500hp regen for 40seconds, with a 45 second cool down. Just get them from the chests as they are a common reward.
